Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused or gently used

    • In the same condition as received

    • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair

  • Opened software, games, or digital items

  • Clearance or final-sale items


Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working (DOA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the product is inspected.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.


How to Start a Return
